Well, it is actually a week since amputation on thursday! I have just been so busy! In order to get her amputation done we ran around like chickens with our heads cut off! We sold candy bars door to door and tried to ask for donations from everyone we knew! It finally worked out, but now we have a few mroe vet bills to pay! Being legally blind and on ssi,, does not leave much extra~ we are struggling just like anybody else so I am sure you all understand! I am sort of in panick mode at the moment because we have to bring sophie to the vet Thursday and I am not sure how we are going to cover it yet! was going to call and ask if it is okay for us tot ake stitches out ourselfs or see if we can wait longer or see what the deal is. Today we TRIED to have a garage sale/candybar sale for sophie fundraiser but it was SOOOO COLLDDDD!!! And then we got rained out! So now I am hoping the weather arms up a bit so i can try to figure out what the next steps are to get hr where she needs to and be all done with this part of our lives! Time to move on and be happy and healthy for a while! 🙂 Thanks all for reading!
